“Moving out of your comfort zone is a scary thing. But sometimes doing something you’re most afraid of is the very thing that will set you free.”
Change is not an easy thing to do. There’s a lot of consideration, a lot of emotions to deal. What if I fail? What if I’m just carried away? What if it’s still the same? What if? What if?…Those are just some of the endless “what ifs?” when we are facing a major decisions. Decisions that entails big change…decisions that means moving from comfort zone…decisions that has no certainty as to “what’s the end”.
But what if you wake up one morning feeling not happy anymore of what you are doing right now? What if in the middle of what you are doing you stop and suddenly think that “hey where are you now? why are you doing this in the first place?” What if suddenly you think something is missing? or something is not doing right anymore? Another what ifs again…
When all this what ifs come knocking your door, what are you going to do? Will you just ignore and think that maybe it will just pass away because you’re afraid to walk knowing there’s no turn around? Or will you say “it’s about time to move and I can definitely make it”?
But still things are not as easy as 1 2 3! You need time – time to reevaluate things. You need space – space to breathe. You need support – support from person/s who really love and know you truly. And most of all, you need God – to guide you to the right path you really are supposed to be.
How about you? Do you also feel the same way at times?
